Portable Concentrators
Attention Southeast Oxygen Travel Patients:
All oxygen users who wish to use a portable oxygen concentrator (POC) on board a commercial flight, Southeast Oxygen, Inc. would like to remind you that you are required to have an acceptable version of a physician authorization form.
Since airline policies vary, below you will find important links to airline oxygen policies, as well as the Physician's Authorization forms from major airlines including: AirTran, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta, Frontier, Hawaiian, JetBlue, Spirit, Southwest, United, and US Airways.
